It's Funny, Isn't It...

How you go into a bookshop, but you never see sections for 'Unpopular Science', 'Impractical Psychology' or 'Unnatural History'...

Why's that, then?

I don't know, but I'd check the Voodoo and Satanism sections. They're both pretty much on the ball, right?

Ah - you mean the 'New Age' section...

There is actually a black magic section in my bookstore as a subsection of new age.

Yeah, we get that as well - no 'Unpopular Science' section, though?

I just found myself wondering about it one day, and about what sort of books I'd expect to find in such a section.

"Make Your Own Penicillin" perhaps, or "The Tensile Strength of Fibres", stuff like that...

You see the kind of things that go through my head?

Scares me sometimes...
